The Corona era has proven one thing with its premise of social distancing: Despite all the advantages of virtual communication, personal dialog vis-à-vis remains irreplaceable. Trade shows, conferences and congresses have lost none of their importance - quite the opposite. The trade is looking forward to the logistics trade fairs in 2023 with excitement and curiosity. In the following, we present an overview of the most important dates.
Table of Contents:
Trade fairs and congresses fulfill many functions: They bring together business partners, suppliers and potential customers, companies and potential employees. They are important platforms of exchange to discuss current market trends and challenges.
At the same time, the events are idea exchanges that put the focus on new technologies and innovations and thus enable market participants to work together on business models and forward-looking solutions. And last but not least, the personal encounters serve active networking - a value that has not lost any of its importance after Corona.
The need for discussion is likely to be great in any case. Current challenges such as the high costs of energy and raw materials as well as the further adaptation of global supply chains move the industry just as much as future topics that extend far beyond short-term developments. Rapidly advancing digitization, which involves all participants in supply chains, is just as much a part of this as the potential opened up by automation and future technologies such as artificial intelligence.
The goal is clear: The logistics of tomorrow will become even more efficient, sustainable and smarter. How it will get there and what hurdles still need to be overcome is a topic that is likely to be the focus of numerous logistics trade shows in 2023.
